Fees: All of our therapists are out of network, and fees vary depending on the therapist and service provided. We accept Health Savings and Flex Spending Plan payment, and out-of-network insurance reimbursement may be possible. Please fill out our contact form for more information about our fees.
Cancellation policy: Please note that cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in you being charged the full session fee. There are no exceptions. We have this policy in place because a late cancellation or no-show delays our work, and because it doesn't allow us to give the slot away to another client.
Regarding Insurance: Though we are not an in-network provider for any insurance plans, we do provide a monthly receipt or "superbill" that you can submit to your health insurance company. If your insurance plan provides out-of-network benefits, you may be reimbursed for up to 80% of your session fees. Before we meet, you should contact your insurance carrier to verify: (1) whether you have mental health benefits, (2) the rate of reimbursement, (3) your deductible; and (4) any limitations on number of sessions covered. We know this stuff can be difficult to navigate, please feel free to reach out and we can assist.

Sliding scale: We have a limited number of sliding-scale slots for individuals with particularly low income (documentation may be required, but please do inquire).
